Leadership isn’t prioritized for girls and the workplace is riddled with landmines for women.
Research shows that many girls begin to develop self-limiting beliefs and think they aren’t as capable as boys. They stop believing they can be anything. This issue is called the Dream Gap. It has contributed to the Crisis in American Girlhood as well as Equity & Pay Gaps for women.
To help close these gaps I started The Dream Academy and also create the Reigning Leadership platform; an ongoing global initiative that prioritizes leadership development for females while providing the resources and support they need to crush opportunities. because creating leaders that shatter ceilings and fiercely transform the world isn’t just what I do, It’s who I am.
